The hotel was in a good location for a holiday and within walking distance from a subway station.

Hotel as a whole is extremely comfy and reasonably priced, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location to city center by taking the train within two stations, accommodating personal. Excellent services, the public parking was available nearby. Late check out. What a wonderful stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Very nice hotel in Art noveau style in the center of Prague. There is nothing else possible then to recommend it. I stay there repeatedly.

Great location (close to the city centre, mall Palladium, Florence metro station); perfect price for a very spacious suite, which was full of antique furniture and Mucha paintings; free acces to the Internet; helpful receptionist

Poor breakfast, which was served by an unfriendly lady whom we never saw smiling at all. She made us and I think other guests feel a bit uncomfortable. We had to wait for the food, which was refilled in a slow pace. The Tv channels had only local channels.

The room was quiet and had its own private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and fresh towels provided.

It is a very good hotel, and my friends and I strongly recommended it. Unbeliveable price with unbelivable facility. It located near the subway and the bus station, and about 10 minites to the old town.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and suited us perfectly. The hotel is very near the Metro station which made it easy to visit the old centre of Prague, only a few stops away.

Small nice hotel, with old styled rooms and original pieces of antique furniture, big space in the room, close to center and extremely close Florence tranport hab.

Breakfast is more then modest and doesnot fit to 4 star hotel. Sound isolation was not perfect.

The bed was very clean, used a mini-bar and an electric kettle. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was EXCEPTIONAL, making it a great place to stay.

We arrived late at night, got the room with half of the ceiling slant. I requested to change to another room, but they said they were full. I ended up paying 10 euro more per day to get a deluxe room on the 7th floor. But the deluxe room was spacous w/ a balcony. I was glad to pay the extra! Breakfast has enough variety, fresh bread. Good Wifi signal in the room. Location is convienent, especially we took the metro, and also took the Student Agency's bus to go to cities around Prague. Hotel is about 10-15 mins. From the Florence bus terminal, about 5 mins to the metro. Will consider to stay again.

Heating wasn't very good since we stayed there during January.

- Location (near the Metro Florenc, 20 min by foot from Old City, 10 min by metro ), - value for money (30 euro per night is OK), - rather good breakfast (I did not expect to see fruits and vegetables. Also, meat, eggs and hot food with bread were provided) - good atmosphere (good furniture, looked nice) - wi fi (but I did not manage to check it) If you like to safe money and you are not going to stay in the hotel during the day it is the best choice.

- Junior staff (check everything, keep receipts, bills - my advice to pay for the room in advance, you will get 10% discount, otherwise you will risc that the money from your card will be taken twice, if you like to order to weak up call, my advice to ask a friend, because they never call my number at the required time) - single room is too small - good audibility (lucky am I that I stayed in low period (there was no people in the hotel) - location (it had to us Metro/ underground in order to reach the center of the city ), next period of time I will choose the hotel in Old city (event if it is located far from Metro/ underground) - food monotonous
